Website Instructions
The Gate Access Portal is dedicated to monitor your authorized guest and vendors.

1. To Access Website:   https://isncommunity.com/vasaricc

From IE address bar and not from a search bar. The website works best with Internet Explorer. You may experience problems using other browsers.

2. Enter the primary phone number provided to the HOA. You do not need dashes between the numbers.  

3. Enter Pin. Your initial pin number must be established when you initially log on.

4. Log In.

On initial log in, you will be asked to register and will have the opportunity to create your pin#.

This is important so Gatekeeper can communicate with you VIA email and for you to be able to retrieve your pin if you forget. 

A security question will be required. You will choose the question from the drop down box.

Make sure to write your pin and security question down and secure it in case you forget.

Click Submit. You will be redirected back to the log in page. Retype the phone and pin. 

5. First Pages.

Contact Info Tab – Includes vehicles and access control devices associated with your address. No change can be done; it is managed by Vasari Country Club manager.

Guest Arrival Alerts - Choose whether you would like to get notified by email/text when your guest arrives at the Gate

6. Guest Tab – This is your guest entry page. The most important fields are last name, first name, relationship, start date, expiration date and email address (if you would like to email them a pass for fast entry).

If they are your permanent guests, or a guest you wish to have unlimited access to your home, enter 12/31/9999 in the expiration date box or check the "Make Guest Permanent" checkbox.

After adding a guest with an email address, you may click on the <Pass> button on the grid view to email them a pass to the community for faster entry. Please note that it may take as long as 15 minutes to get this information across the network so we ask you enter this information in advance to your guest’s arrival.

Guest Activity Link - This is information entered from the gates about guests that have arrived. Column one (Date) indicates the date and time they arrived. If they were denied access, it will also appear here.

7. Parties/Events Tab

If you are having a party, you can list all names in this section, and once submitted, they will default into your guest list. You may cut and paste them from another location such as a word document.
